Use a Local Event to Test a Community
If you are comparing neighborhoods, visit for more than a showing. Arrive early, walk the nearby streets, notice parking and transit, and add an ordinary stop such as coffee, groceries, or a park. A community event can reveal how a place feels when residents are using it rather than simply passing through.
Plan by Area
Start with the Seattle guide, then compare Kirkland, Issaquah, and Mercer Island. Each community page now includes public-space facts, price context, daily rhythm, and three restaurant examples.
